On September 19 and 20 we had the opportunity to present Elixir at Ftalks 2019 . An international event to discuss trends, disruption and challenges of the food ecosystem through inspiring talks, panel of experts, startup presentations, foodtech and lots of networking organized by KM0 Hub and Valencia Chamber of Commerce.
They were two intense days where We were able to learn a great deal from top-level speakers such as Joseph Puglisi, President of the Scientific Board of Beyond Meat and Professor of Structural Biology at span > Stanford University or Sam Kass, Food Policy Advisor to the Obama Administration
