Elixir Specialty Miramar is cultivated in the soil of the Volcán de Fuego, in the Chimaltenango region (Guatemala). The fertile, mineral-rich soil and the particular climate of this region make the coffee develop and mature very slowly, allowing all its properties and characteristics to be concentrated on each bean.
This volcanic coffee with a height of more than 1,300 meters above sea level offers a very balanced cup, with a juicy acidity and notes of milk chocolate, nutmeg, oakwood and vanilla.
